- Dawn Fishing Insight: Early morning visit to the Mie Gaiwan Fishermen’s Cooperative to observe the fixed net fishing. Experience the rare opportunity of directly purchasing the day’s catch at the auction.
- Artisan Workshop: Watch a filleting demonstration by an artisan (e.g., Maruyoshi Shoten), followed by a hands-on workshop to prepare the purchased fish.
- Private Session: A private cooking session with a master chef, culminating in a bespoke dinner served in a private dining room.
Day3
Living Legends & Departure
